We're remote-first with occasional client on-sites in Canberra and capital cities. You'll work across interesting engagements with a team that takes quality seriously — and then closes the laptop at a reasonable hour.
You'll translate strategy into roadmaps and reference architectures that clients can actually build on. TOGAF-aware, cloud-fluent, AI-literate. Comfortable briefing a CIO and walking a delivery team through the detail on the same day.
You'll shape process design, requirements, and business architecture — running stakeholder workshops, unpacking messy problems, and producing artefacts that actually drive decisions. Government experience valued. Clearance or willingness to obtain is a bonus.
You'll run programmes in governed environments — PMI or Prince2 grounded, agile-fluent, and equally at home in a steering committee or a stand-up. Experience with federal procurement and assurance gates highly regarded.
You'll keep mission-critical systems humming — ITIL-grounded, modern ops practice, AI-assisted run. Calm under incident, rigorous with change, allergic to manual toil. Cleared or clearable.
